Bollywood stars have been seen walking the ramp enthusiastically but we have never seen someone walking twice on the ramp in the same event for different brands.

The actress Zarine Khan who debuted in Bollywood along with Salman Khan in ‘Veer’ was seen walking the ramp twice for the same event. At the India International Jewellery Week show, she walked the ramp as a showstopper for Divya K. Ahuja and the very next day Zarine walked the ramp for Dwarkadas Chandumal Jewellers.

It seems she is enjoying being on the ramp.

While talking to reporters, Zarine said, “The piece I was wearing yesterday had its own uniqueness and this has its own. I like both the designers, so I walked for both.”

She explained further about the jewellery piece she was wearing on Tuesday, she said, “I feel very beautiful wearing it because it`s such a grand and opulent piece. It`s worth around Rs.1.75 crore. It`s a beautiful piece especially with the sapphire and as it is, blue is my favourite colour, so I love it.”

Zarine was looking stunning in a blue corset and colourful lehenga made by Archana Kochar.

When most of the actresses in Bollywood trying hard in gym to get in shape, Zarine Khan who has lost lots of weight, still doesn’t feel that her body is meant for bikini.

There were reports of her donning the bikini in Housefull 2. But the actress says, “There is no bikini scene in the film and moreover I haven’t got a body for it. I haven’t prepared anything for the role but have gone to the gym and worked hard since the role is ultra-glamorous and I want to be at par with the other heroines.”

Zarine Khan is quite happy that she is working with Riteish Deshmukh and also informed that recently they finished shooting in London and she enjoyed on the set during her shooting schedule.

She did Character dheela item song with Salman Khan in Ready and it was a huge hit. She is ready to do more item numbers but not ready for vulgar kind item numbers. She said, “I have already refused a lot of item numbers that were offered to me since I found them vulgar.”

Actor Salman Khan and his Veer co-star Zarine Khan were spotted together. Salman was seen at the racecourse partaking in a horse race. Zarine Khan was cheering for Salman at the race. Incidentally, Zarine was mistaken for Katrina Kaif. Sallu is doing every bit to promote his forthcoming flick Veer, as he was seen wearing a Veer jersey. Songs from the film were playing in the background and promos of the film were are shown on television screens. Wearing a Veer jersey, Salman, got atop his filly Wild Rose and emerged on the tracks waving to the cheering crowd and patting his horse.

A college dropout, Zarine Khan is living a dream as the heroine in Veer Salman Khan called her destiny’s child and she couldn’t agree more. ‘I pinched myself everyday on the sets of Veer to check if I was actually acting opposite Salman,’ says Zarine Khan, who is debuting in the film.
It is a lucky break for Zarine who was once a struggling model. ‘I did modelling for products that no one had even heard of. I was happy doing them because it gave me enough money to pay rent,’ says the 22-year-old, who is the only earning member in her troubled family. Her father walked out on her ailing mother when Zarine was in college, after which she was forced to leave her studies and get a job. ‘I had no educational qualifications so I decided to try my hand at modelling, since I had a pretty face. I didn’t expect to become famous; I just wanted enough money to run the house,’ she says.
Then one day, she got a call and was asked to reach the sets of Yuvvraaj. ‘I didn’t know why I was called, but who would refuse a chance to meet Salman Khan? So I went and nervously chatted with him for a few minutes. The next day I was told I was selected for Veer. It was all very surreal,’ she gushes. While she was initially intimidated by Salman’s presence, she says he went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable.
‘We had several meetings before the film where he talked about my role of Princess Yashodhara. By the time we started shooting, I was relaxed,’ she smiles before she adds, ‘There were times when I couldn’t get a scene right and would get really nervous about making him angry. But not once did he get even slightly annoyed. In fact, he helped with through every scene.’
Zarine is also talked about for her resemblance to Katrina Kaif. The young actor takes it as a compliment. “Katrina is so pretty and if I become half as successful as her, my life will be made,” she says.
