Earlier Arunoday Singh was supposed to play an important role in Kareena starrer Madhur Bhandarkar’s film ‘Heroine’ but a quick change has been made in the star cast of the film and Randeep Hooda replaced him.

Reports are that Arunoday’s character had an intimate scene with actress Kareena Kapoor and she didn’t want to do the scene with him so Madhur Bhandarkar replaced him with Randeep.

Known from a source, “Kareena approved of Randeep filling up for Arunoday. She was also informed at the earlier stage when Randeep was being approached.”

The source added, “Randeep is very happy to work with Bhandarkar and UTV. Heroine, after all, is a big film. He will be playing a cricketer in it.”

Madhur Bhandarkar confirmed it by saying, “The role was changed. Randeep suits it more now. Arunoday is a very talented guy. I am looking forward to working with him in the future.”

Kareena Kapoor was looking gorgeous and she praised Shah Rukh Khan for inspiring her.

Arjun Rampal has played the villain role in the film, talking about his character in RA.One, he said, “He’s come from the virtual world, he has no
emotion. But at the same time he has a philosophy.”

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor is riding high these days. Last month she supported Saif and his family when Saif’s father Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi died.

Kareena cancelled her birthday celebration plan because Saif’s father was unwell. Kareena and Saif were supposed to attend London Fashion Week (LFW) on September 19 but could not attend.

When Kareena was asked she replied, “Yes, we were supposed to go for LFW around my birthday (September 21). But of course, we had to cancel the trip. We didn’t want to go because of Saif’s father’s ill health. It was for the best that we didn’t go.

Kareena was also enquired about her wedding dates and earlier it was also reported in media that their marriage date in February 2012 had been postponed due the death of Saif’s father. But Kareena rubbishes these rumours and says, “There was never any fixed date or month for our wedding. Plus, we never discussed it in the press. So, until Saif or I talk about it, no dates can be fixed. And as a rule, we are never going to discuss it in the media. And when we really have to, we will.”

The actress added, “People shouldn’t believe in what the media reports. We never said it’s going to be happen in February, so how can there be any cancellation? Everyone, apart from Saif and I, seems to know more about our marriage.”

Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor’s dresses in the movie are always stylish and whatever she wears in her films that become hot in the market.

During the shooting of Criminal song for ‘Ra.One’, the actress was given a Roberto Cavalli gown but to make her look sexier in the song, gown was chopped on the sets of the film.

A source informed Mumbai Mirror, “Earlier, Kareena was supposed to wear this Roberto Cavalli gown. This dress was bought specially for the song. However, when the shoot finally started, everyone including Kareena’s designer Manish Malhotra felt that she needed to look more glamorous. By then it was too late to look for a new dress.”

The source added, “Manish suggested chopped off the existing gown and made it shorter. Everyone loved the end result. Including producer and lead actor Shah Rukh Khan.”

Kareena Kapoor also confirmed the news and said, “The dress that I wear in the song was actually cut from a gown. The look needed to be glamorous. It was Manish’s idea and I think it was great. It was a Roberto Cavalli gown made in to a sexy dress.”

Recalling the experience, Manish Malhotra said, “We chopped the gown on the sets. The song required that. We cut it out and it worked for the better. Kareena looked hot and we are getting super response to it. Her looks in Ra.One are very different from Golmaal 3 and Bodyguard. Feels superb.”
