Recently Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was coming back from a trip abroad, along with her husband Abhishek Bachchan. When they arrived at airport, they met Urmila Mantodkar. Urmila was excited to see Ash on the airport and she congratulated her.

Sridevi too was there; she came across with Abhishek Bachchan and asked about Ash. Abhishek informed her about Ash.   Aishwarya was standing with her fans at time; Sridevi went close to Ash and wished her for pregnancy.

Due to Ash’s pregnancy Kareena has replaced her in Heroine. Though we know that Kareena too is very talented and good looking.

But  looking at the shots , Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has given for Heroine. One must say she was the perfect choice for the film Heroine and it seems only she could have done justice to character she was supposed to play.

Now we are waiting to see Kareena’s look for Heroine.

All we know about Somy Ali is that she was Salman Khan’s girlfriend. She is from Paikistan and at the age of 15, she had crush on Salman Khan. She moved to Bollywood for her career and for Salman Khan.

Though they have parted ways but still they are in touch with each other. Somy says, “Salman was my first boyfriend. I had a huge crush on him as a teenager. The crush led me to leave Florida and move to India and join films just so I could find him and get married to him. You have a license of doing idiotic things when you’re 15. However, I do not have a single regret of pursuing my first love. They say if you can count four friends on your fingers and trust them blindly, you’re extremely fortunate. Salman happens to be one of them. He has a heart of gold and I know for a fact that if I were ever in need he would be the first person that I would call.”

During an interview to a lifestyle website, she said, “No regrets at all. I learned a great deal from Salman and his family. Teenage years are formative years for individuals, especially a young girl and spending my teenage years growing up in front of Salman has made me who I am today. Salman and his family taught me that it does not matter what religion one is, what culture one comes from, what makes a person a good person is their actions. He was a good role model to have growing up, outside of the boyfriend aspect of things.”

Who was responsible for her breakup with Salman Khan. Somy says, “Aishwarya Rai.”
But she is not blaming them. She says, “Neither. They both did what they felt and believed was the right thing to do at that point in time. I don’t like to hold grudges. It will only affect my growth as a person.”

Recently she also met with Salman Khan when he was in Bangkok. She explains, “I was there for a women’s rights conference and he was there for a film shoot in May 2011. We caught up as friends would and talked about our non-profits. We both complimented each other about making a change for the better.”

Somy Ali is planning to adopt a baby girl.

Everyone knows that Bollywood is a glamorous world. Only those who looks glamorous and well-fitted survives longer in Bollywood. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been dropped out from the film Heroine because of her pregnancy. Director Madhur Bhandarkar will be worried for his film Heroine and now he should be worried for dropping Aishwarya from the film.

This is a kind of gender discrimination. Aiswharya is the victim now. The country’s law always protect women from any kind of discrimination in the world of corporate. Women can take their firm to court if they are denied promotion or losing their job because of baby bump. Now its something to watch for if Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will take Bhandarkar and his production house to the court.

According to a source, Madhur met the actress after the big news was announced and informed her that she was no longer required to shoot for the film. It was a big blow to Ash when she was told she could not be part of the project in her current state! ARB is still clueless about whether the film has been shelved permanently or she’s been dropped from the film.

It seems clear that this is a case of gender discrimination because she is being dropped due to her pregnancy.

Ketan Gupta of Legal Eye Associates explains, “As per the constitution, discrimination on the basis of gender can invite legal action. However, this is subject to contractual terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.”
Advocate Rahul V adds further, “Generally in the glamour world, contracts stipulate that they can be terminated if the model/actor gets pregnant during the course of an assignment and is not deemed fit to deliver as per the requirements of her role. Most contracts also have a clause where the actor/model is supposed to be paid a certain compensation for the time invested in the project before it is terminated.”

Though no contract has been signed between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhur Bhandarkar but she has worked for his film for few days and wishes to complete it but the filmmaker is not agreeing to her.

Well, we are waiting for the further development in the case.

Recently Aishwarya’s pregnancy news was doing rounds. And the latest news is from her upcoming film Heroine. Her picture from the sets of Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Heroine is leaked online. It was shot earlier this month.

Known from a source that Ash may opt out of Raj Kumar Santoshi’s film Ladies and Gentlemen, in which she was to co-star with hubby Abhishek Bachchan.

The news is that Priety Zinta will replace Ash in Santohi’s film.

In the meantime Aishwarya is busy in shooting Heroine round the clock. Madhur too wants to finish the shooting of the film on time.

Heroine will feature different phases of protagonist’s life.

The buzz is that Aishwarya will play a bold role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s next, Heroine.

Story of The film is based on unseen life of an actress. Rumour is that it may feature the Salman-Ash and the Saif-Kareena love affairs too in the film.
