Now the trailer of SRK’s upcoming film Don 2 is out and his fans are enthusiastically waiting to see SRK’s new looking in Don 2 on silver screen. But the fact is that SRK’s wife Gauri doesn’t like his that look in real life. She likes clean-shaven Shah Rukh Khan.
Shah Rukh was in that look for six months during the shooting of Don 2 and the reports are that when he came to attend a family wedding in between the shooting schedules, Gauri asked him to get back in clean-shaven look and complete the rest of the shooting of Don 2 using a wig.
But SRK did not listen to her and sported that look. Co-producer of Don 2 Ritesh Sidhwani said, “When he went to Delhi, he was asked about the long hair and the stubble. But Shah Rukh remained unfazed. He wanted to stay in character throughout.”
Farhan Akhtar’s wife Adhuna Akhtar who has conceptualized SRK’s Don 2 look says, “It wasn’t easy to keep that look in the Malaysian humidity. But Shah Rukh told me, his son had said after seeing the look, ‘Now, that’s what a don should look like’
Farhan Akhtar wanted to introduce SRK in new avtar in this sequel.
A source also informed that SRK wanted his Don 2 character to look differently to his Ra.One’s superhero role.
It is said that SRK spent several weeks for getting the right look for Don 2.
