Sonam Kapoor is promoting her upcoming film ‘Mausam’ which stars Shahid Kpaoor as an Indian air force pilot opposite her.
During a promotional event in Kolkata, Sonam expressed her view of what she likes about defense officers and their wives.
Sonam says, “Defense officers are just so smart and intelligent. They have a peculiar zest for life which is contagious. But you know, it’s the defense officers’ wives that I really loved observing. They are just so sophisticated and well-dressed and well-spoken all the time!”
And when Sonam was asked if she is willing to date defense officers, once she gets the chance, the actress says, “Sure why not? They are such chivalrous people!”
She was asked if Mausam’s co-star Shahid Kapoor was chivalrous too while making of the movie? She replied, “He didn’t have many options. No jokes apart, he is always very chivalrous, but yes, if he wasn’t I would kick him hard!”
