The latest buzz in Bollywood is that Shilpa Shetty’s sister Shamita Shetty has finally quits from Bollywood. Though she has worked in few Bollywood films but her careers did not flourish. Now she has gone to London for learning about Interior designing.
Shilpa informs, “Shamita is now entering another phase in her life and career. She is now heading to London for a six-month course in interior designing. We all felt this was the right move for her to make.”
Interesting point is that Shamita is changing her career at the same time when Shilpa is also refusing films offers these days. Though Shamita’s case is little different because she has taken voluntary retirement.
Shilpa also clarified about it, she says, “At the moment, I’m playing the most satisfying role of my life – that of a housewife. Films were never the be-all-end-all of my life. Right now I find the idea of looking after my home far more exciting and challenging than rushing off to studios early morning.”
Well! We all know that working in Bollywood is quite tough. Only Karisma and Kareena two sisters have worked successfully in Bollywood, other star siblings have not made it big into Bollywood.
