Recently, while promoting his film ‘Veer’, Salman Khan had a word of advice for kids who take extreme steps like thinking about suicide in case of poor academic performance. The funda is simple. ‘Live life to the fullest because it’s a rare gift. Don’t panic if you under perform, you will always get a second chance.’
Talking at length about his poor academics, the moody Khan was feeling bad about the recent reports of kids committing suicide owing to parental and peer pressure. Salman’s ‘Being Human’ is thinking of taking up such issues and spreading awareness to stop kids from taking such extreme steps.
Salman, who was trying to put across the message of being ‘Veer’ in real life had a special message for kids. The macho Khan wants all kids to take up challenges like his character in the film and not bow down to societal pressures.
With Salman sharing his self belief with kids, let’s hope these fundas work equally for the young brigade as it has worked in the stars’ personal life
