Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and Sonakhi Sinha have been linked-up together off screen but now both the actors will be seen romancing each other in a film titled ‘Lootera’.
Vikramaditya Motwane of Udaan fame will direct the film. “It is a love story. The film is a period film that is set in 1950s. It is a commercial film,” Motwane told a press conference.
Actress Sonakshi was also present at the venue of the press conference, she said “this the most challenging role for me. I am looking forward to start shooting and working with Ranveer”.
When she was asked about her Bengali look in the film, she replied, “I have this authentic Bengali look of the 1950 era. I will wear jewelry, clothes, kajal and make-up and etc of the same time period. We have kept the look original and as authentic as that of 1950s”.
Actor Ranveer Singh was inspired with his look in the film, donning a white T-shirt and high vest denims, said “Sonakshi had taken my breath away with her famous dialgoue Thapad Se Darr Nahi Lagta…Pyaar Se Lagta Hai.
About his look in the film, the actor said, “I am the coolest dude of the 1950s…with that high vest jeans and all retro look”.
The similarities between the two actors are that both have received many awards after their debut in Bollywood.
