Latest buzz is that Madhuri Dixit has bought a large property in Miami, Florida. It is being said that she has bought a mall worth millions of dollars.
Known from a source, “The mall is in downtown Miami. Though Madhuri lives in Denver, she decided to buy the mall in Miami, Florida as it is one of the hottest places for recreation and sees a lot of tourists which means shopping, and good business for a mall! It’s purely for investment purposes. She doesn’t plan to run it herself. She has also taken a loan from a bank. Big businesses may be taking a hit in the US, but she is determined to make it a profitable venture. Madhuri’s children are growing up and she wants to establish herself as an entrepreneur as her acting career is already on the wane.”
The source added further, “Madhuri has been instructed by her financial advisors not to talk about it. She has been signing TV reality shows and is keen to sign films to pay interest for the bank loans every month. Her husband, Dr Sriram Nene, is a major source of support for her and he’s also an advisor in the project.”
However Madhuri’s business manager Rikku Rakeshnath denies it, he says, “Madhuri hasn’t invested in any property at all in the USA or India.”
