The buzz is that sequel of Tusshar Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starrer film ‘Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai’ is ready to go on floors in October.
In 2001, Kareena Kapoor played lead role opposite Tusshar Kapoor but the lady has now turned down the offer to act opposite him in Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai Part 2. Though she is good friend of Tusshar and Ekta but not willing to do the film and has given reason of date problems.
Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai Part 2 will be produced by Vashu Bhagnani and Satish Kaushik will direct it as they have done the original film.
A source informed about Kareena not being a part of it, he says, “Actually there was no question of Kareena being part of this project. She has moved way ahead of the MKKH league.”
Director Satish Kaushik also confirmed the sequel, he says, “yes, we start shooting MKKH 2 from October 18. There’s no Kareena this time. Tusshar features in a double role. He will have three leading ladies.”
Its director also denied about approaching Kareena, Kaushik said, “It is not a single heroine film. I have great memories of working with Kareena in Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai. But I do have another script especially for her. She’s super talented and I am proud of her,”
Tusshar Kapoor has got good roles in the film. “Tusshar plays a double role. He plays a Sardarji in one of his avatars. It is a very funny script and my first full fledged comedy.”
