Currently we are seeing SRK promoting his home production film ‘Ra.One’ but now he will also be seen promoting his another upcoming film ‘Don 2’ which is set to release on December 23 in 2D and 3D format.

Makers have decided to promote it in a new way as never have been before for any film. People are aware of Don’s favourite lineDon ko pakadna mushkil hi nahin, namumkin hai.” Now people will learn new Don’s lingo from SRK.

Producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar want to popularise the sayings of Don. They want audiences to get excited about it. Talking about their marketing plan Ritesh says, “When Farhan was shooting for the film, he suggested we should take some ‘Don-isms’ to the audience before the release, because of the popularity of the film’s one-liners. Every kid and adult knows, “Don ko pakadna…” and those smart Alec dialogues from the first part. This time, Farhan has written some zany, witty lines that convey Don’s attitude and style, that can very well become part of everyday lingo.”

Farhan Akhtar adds, “Don is an iconic character whose popularity has sustained through time. Apart from his flamboyance and charisma, he is known to have a razor-sharp tongue. I felt it would be interesting to give audiences a glimpse of his philosophy and wit.”

Promotion plan of ‘Don 2’ will begin from today and it will be done till the release of the film. Each Friday audience will get to hear new dialogue from Don. A new line will be delivered through all media – newspaper, TV, radio, internet and on mobile phones for people.

Ritesh adds, “The audiences can see it on video format or hear it as an audio-visual clip in the voice of the Don himself.”
