The dusky sexy bollywood beauty actress Bipasha Basu launched her workout DVD for women here Friday evening, and said even her macho beau John Abraham could’nt resist trying out the fitness regime.

“Even though I have targeted this DVD towards women, if guys want they can try too… John once tried the exercise and he was blown away,” said Bipasha.
“Be strong and healthy, love yourself. Make time for your own self. Looking good is an extra bonus. If your health is good, every aspect of your life is fantastic. Your focus in life is better; you achieve your goals faster. Exercising and eating right is a big challenge. But we have to accept this challenge, if we love ourselves,” added Bipasha.
