Though Salman Khan is not in India, he has gone to US for the treatment of nerve problem but his film ‘Bodyguard’ has breaks all the earlier records set on the opening day.
Bodyguard earned Rs.20 crore on the opening day. Salman’s fans are getting crazy for watching ‘Bodyguard’. It was released at 2,800 screens all over India and most of the places seats were 100 percent full. The tickets were booked in advanced and long queue were also seen at the ticket windows on the multiplexes but all of them were not satisfied because the film is running house full.
Critics have given their mixed response about Bodyguard but Salman’s fans are enjoying it. It has all the masala required to watch for a Salman’s film.
The distributors are happy that ticket is continuously selling. Seeing the holidays on the Thursday too on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi in many parts of India and after that there is weekend, the movie may also set the record of highest earning weekend film.
Salman’s earlier films such as Dabangg and Wanted which were released on the eve of Eid were a huge hit and now Bodyguard was released on the same occasion and breaking the records.
